RMS-Resin Modified Seal coat bitumen is a specially formulated product that fills gaps, replaces lost aggregate and seals the surface. More than that, it looks Fantastic!!!
The RMS liquid is Shear-mixed, activating the resins to form super-strong fibres within the final mix.

20 Litres of RMS Bitumen will cover 50-70m2 (surface texture dependent)
This Item requires 3 x 20kg bags of blended sand. (not incl)

2 speed drill (High speed)
Hard broom (for scrubbing)
Plastic dustbin or similar size drum.
Block-Brush
Industrial de-greaser for oil spots (if required)
3 x bags of blended sand,
Squeegee for application
Mixing paddle
Sheer mixing paddle.
