Resin Modified Seal-Coat is a specially formulated product that fills the gaps, replaces lost aggregate and seals the surface. More than that, it looks Fantastic!!!
The RMS liquid is Shear-mixed, activating the resins to form super-strong fibres within the final mix.

This RMS-Kit can cover approximately 50-70m2 (surface texture dependent)
to cover a larger area add more RMS and Sand to your Cart.
Application is easy via the supplied squeegee.
 
This Kit contains:
20L RMS Bitumen
3 x 20 kg blended sand (in bags)
1 x Bulk Mixing Paddle 
1 x Sheer mixing paddle 
1 x Custom-made rubber Squeegee. 700mm
1 x Sealcoat broom
 
Requires:
2 speed drill (High speed)
Hard broom (for scrubbing)
Plastic dustbin or similar size drum.
Block-Brush
Industrial de-greaser for oil spots (if required)
