To create a perfect surface you need a perfect base.
We start by stabilizing the sub-base with 3% cement and compacting it to approximately 94% Mod AASHTO density. After sufficient leveling, smoothing and curing we introduce a minimum of 100mm SABS approved G1 or G5 base A Primer and Tack coat is sprayed before the final tar surface is applied. Depending on the traffic load this surface can be anything from 25mm in thickness.
We also fix, repair potholes, re-surface, re-spray, paint lines, create speed humps.
